Kyara Green is a dye-based ink developed to resemble traditional Japanese calligraphy ink called “sumi.” Though standard pigmented sumi is not suited for use with fountain pens, we wondered if we couldn’t translate the qualities of this traditional ink into a dye-based fountain pen ink.
